Pedals ordered directly from Kleissonic normally takes 3 days from the date the order’s been placed. Often, there is a waiting list, but in any case we notify the customer about the status of the order.
Shipping in Greece takes between 2 and 5 days. For the rest of Europe and North America shipping usually takes 10 days. For other countries you should normally allow 20 to 25 days.

All Kleissonic pedals come with a LIFETIME warranty. If the product encounters any failures we will repair or replace at no cost to the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthourised modification or natural disasters.
Please note that we can only accept returns by prior agreement and with correct tracking and shipping insurance. If you believe your Kleissonic product has developed a fault please contact us by clicking here in order to establish the next steps. The customer must cover the return shipping cost.
In the unlikely event that your Kleissonic product does develop a fault please let us know as soon as possible. Do not try to solve any potential issue yourself as this may result in permanent damage to the product and will also invalidate the warranty. To attain a service under this warranty please contact us directly. An opportunity to discuss the problem and take some notes is ideal for helping to establish the best course of action. When contacting Kleissonic for warranty claims please ensure that you provide the full name, address, phone number and any other pertinent contact details of the original purchaser, as well as a clear description of the problem and the serial number of the product (this can be found inside the enclosure).
