Please note:

  • This guarantee does not apply to custom orders or pedals with custom artwork.
  • To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We’ll issue a no-questions-asked refund, excluding shipping, PayPal/Stripe fees, and return shipping costs.

Custom Orders

  • Custom multi-pedal deposits are non-refundable.
  • As soon as a custom order, such as custom audio design or custom artwork, has been agreed and verified by the customer to go ahead with the production, cannot be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee if production has begun.
  • All custom orders are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via our contact form and preferably attach also related photos.

  • Refunds will not be issued for damaged products due to transportation. However, we will offer to repair or replace the item at no cost. Extra shipping cost may be applied.
  • For faulty products please contact us via our contact form. Return the product and ee’ll issue a no-questions-asked refund or replace.
  • We will reimburse any return shipping costs—just remember to keep your shipping receipt.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a refund minus any PayPal or Stripe transaction fees.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us:

  • We will issue a refund minus:
    • Payment processor fees (PayPal or Stripe)
    • Original shipping costs
    • Any re-import fees required to clear the package through Greek customs
